The Pakistan Justice & Rights Initiative (PJ&RI) operates as an affiliated initiative of Rapid Legal Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership duly registered under the laws of Pakistan in accordance with the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2017, and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

Registration Details

The legal affiliation is expressly stipulated in the Partnership Deed of Rapid Legal Solutions LLP, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

Operational Framework

PJ&RI shall function as an affiliated body within the legal and administrative framework of Rapid Legal Solutions LLP. It shall operate in full conformity with the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2017, and all applicable rules, regulations, notifications, and directives issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

Governance & Compliance

PJ&RI maintains strict adherence to all legal requirements for operation in Pakistan, including but not limited to:

• Regular filing of required documents with SECP
• Compliance with financial reporting requirements
• Adherence to all applicable tax regulations
• Maintenance of proper records as required by law
