Legal Status — Official Registration & Compliance Framework
The Pakistan Justice & Rights Initiative (PJ&RI) operates as an affiliated initiative of Rapid Legal Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership duly registered under the laws of Pakistan in accordance with the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2017, and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The legal affiliation, as stated in Article 2(3), is expressly stipulated in the Partnership Deed of Rapid Legal Solutions LLP, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) on March 10, 2025, under Deed Reference Number PB-LHR-9EB529C6AEB17835, bearing Incorporation Number 0292301.
PJ&RI functions as an affiliated body within the legal and administrative framework of the said LLP. It shall operate in full conformity with the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2017, and all applicable rules, regulations, notifications, and directives issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
All acts, proceedings, representations, and transactions of PJ&RI are conducted in accordance with the regulatory framework established under Pakistani law.
