Law Students Track

Legal Research, Drafting & Advocacy Focus

Constitutional Law & Justice System

Constitution of Pakistan (Fundamental Rights in depth), Structure of judiciary, Access to justice challenges.

Task: Identify 1 constitutional/justice issue + legal analysis (1-2 pages).

Legal Research & Case Law Analysis

Legal research methodology, Reading judgments and identifying ratio decidendi, Case briefing format.

Task: Prepare 1 complete case brief (landmark judgment).

Drafting & Legal Documentation

Legal notices, Petitions and applications, Affidavits and declarations, Basic contract drafting.

Task: Draft legal notice OR constitutional petition based on real-life scenario.

Advocacy, Human Rights & Policy Reform

Criminal justice overview, Human rights framework in Pakistan, Public Interest Litigation basics.

Task: Survey + reform recommendation.

Non-Law Students Track

Legal Literacy, Awareness & Outreach Focus

Law, Justice System & Citizenship

What is law and how it works, Courts and police structure, How a case moves in Pakistan.

Task: Create a "Case Journey Flowchart" (incident → FIR → trial → judgment).

Constitution & Fundamental Rights

Fundamental rights made simple, Rights violations in daily life, State responsibility vs citizen rights.

Task: Identify 1 real local issue → awareness note or 1-2 min video.

Law in Daily Life & Legal Awareness

Cybercrime, Consumer rights, Workplace/family legal issues, Complaint mechanisms.

Task: Collect/document 5 real-life incidents → awareness notes.

Legal Communication & Public Outreach

Legal thinking basics, Public speaking on justice issues, Awareness campaigns, Role of youth.

Task: Survey design + outreach plan.
