Meeting Minutes
1. Performance Review & Accountability
It was noted that Mr. Numan Javed, Ms. Maisoon, Mr. Uzair, and Mr. Shehzad failed to complete their previously assigned tasks. Concern was raised regarding repeated negligence. Performance improvement will be closely monitored.
2. Division-Wise Committee Formation
Each division will formally constitute specialized committees to enhance functionality, ensure accountability, and decentralize leadership responsibilities. These committees will work under the supervision of divisional heads and be responsible for planning, implementation, and reporting of all division-related activities.
3. Updated Framework for Divisional Work
All divisions are directed to submit a revised operational framework outlining their objectives, activity plans, and deliverables for the upcoming quarter. Deadline: 30 August 2025.
4. Membership Inactivity and Disciplinary Action
A review of member participation will be conducted. Inactive members will be officially removed by 14 August 2025 to ensure an active and responsible organizational environment. The Discipline Committee will begin immediate operations under the guidance of the Chair.
5. Outreach and Membership Mobilization
Each active member is individually responsible for membership outreach. This includes engaging with potential members, promoting PJ&RI initiatives, and supporting enrollment via official channels.
